Scrimshaw Series

These knives are manufactured by Silver Stag and are exclusively crafted from North American Deer, Elk and moose antlers. These big game animals shed their antlers every year and those are the ones that are used in the making of these knives. They are hand-made by a team of skilled blacksmiths, sportsmen and craftsmen. These knives have scrimshaw on the handles. Scrimshaw is the process of carving directly into the smooth bone finish of the antler. A wash is then applied to reveal the artist’s work. The finished product is stunning and each peace is signed by the artist. Any knife or sword can have the scrimshaw designs applied to the handle.
